For families Family coaching
One session for the whole family – because different scams target different age groups and every generation needs something different.

- Who we serveFamilies with children, teenagers or older relatives in the household – ideally together.
- The approachNo lecture. We go through the real cases that can occur in this family.
- What remainsShared rules that everyone supports – instead of bans that are ignored after two weeks.
Family coaching
- Age-appropriate topics for children, teenagers and adults in one session
- Grandparent scams, shock calls and AI voices: what actually hits older relatives
- Gaming accounts, in-app purchases and peer pressure: what hits teenagers
- A shared family code word for emergencies on the phone
- Device settings that really make a difference – without monitoring apps

How it works in practice.
Preliminary meeting
Who is in the household, which age groups, has there already been an incident.
Joint part
What concerns everyone: passwords, two-factor authentication, recognising suspicious messages.
Separate parts
Short separate sections for teenagers and for older relatives – the topics differ greatly.
Family rules
We record three to four rules that everyone agrees on. For example a code word for emergency calls.
Scams hit grandparents differently from teenagers. When everyone sits at the same table, each person understands what the others might fall for – and they talk about it afterwards.
The supposed grandchild in trouble, the parcel notification for something never ordered, the call from "Microsoft support". Always the same three patterns, always in new packaging.
Not a list of bans, but the certainty that they can speak up if something has gone wrong – without getting into trouble. That prevents more damage than any device setting.
The most important accounts are secured, everyone knows how to recognise fraud, and there is an agreement on whom to call if something does happen.
What is included – and what explicitly is not.
Typical scope
One household, two to six people.
Duration
Around two hours, on site in Graz and the surrounding area or by video call.
Prerequisite
Just the willingness to listen together for an hour. No prior knowledge needed.
Not included
No monitoring software for children, no installation of control apps.
Coaching creates awareness and agreements. If accounts have already been taken over, securing the accounts is the right first step.
What people ask beforehand.
No. Such apps create a relationship of control that, in our experience, gets bypassed as soon as the children catch up technically. We rely on agreements that everyone supports – that lasts longer.
Because the most important rule is a shared one: whoever is unsure asks without getting into trouble. That only works if everyone has listened in the same room.
An agreed word that is asked for during calls about an emergency. Especially with shock calls using imitated voices, this is the simplest and most effective countermeasure.

Leak check for individuals
We check whether your email addresses and passwords appear in known data leaks – and tell you in plain language what follows from that.

Checking router, Wi-Fi & smart home
The router is the gateway to everything connected in your home – and usually the device nobody has looked after since it was installed.
What we encounter in assessments, before you encounter it.
Not a product newsletter. We write about attack paths that actually worked against Austrian businesses, authorities and schools – and what helps against them.
